Reg is a world-class information technology expert with over 30 years of senior management success in public and private sector strategic ICT systems implementation and planning, managing systems integration and complex public sector projects specializing in e-Governance, public sector management and central banking. Mr. Miller has worked in more than 20 countries with a wide range of governments, multi-laterals and private companies. He has also worked as an in-house consultant at the World Bank in Washington for 14 years and two years with the IMF. Mr. Miller served as an advisor on Development Gateway for two years; he is currently a member of World Bank’s Thematic Groups on ICT Procurement and e-Development.
At PositiveEdge, Reg leads business development efforts to identify International consulting projects at USAID, USTDA, IMF, Worldbank and host of other national and international donor organizations.
Mr. Miller has extensive project implementation experience working with multidisciplinary teams, multiple subcontractors in multiple locations, executing business transformation, custom and packaged software solutions; managing ICT procurements and service level agreements. He is skilled in creating, communicating and driving the technology vision across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals. He has implemented solutions in the areas of public sector networks, portal design, interoperability standards; public (e-Gov) systems as diverse as paying utility bills, to obtaining social security benefits using biometrics, to applying for driver’s licenses, to producing national id cards for the civil services of transitional economies.
Reg has an MBA degree from Southeasern University, Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Howard University, and Bachelors degree in Industrial Management from Osmania University.
